Ped-bike bridges bring new connections to Tukwila, Spokane

    The form of the twin-tied arch structure of the Tukwila bridge was inspired by tribal canoes.

    LMN Architects announced the completion of two new pedestrian-bicycle bridges designed by the firm: The 220-foot-long Tukwila Urban Center Bridge in Tukwila and 458-foot-long University District Gateway Bridge near downtown Spokane.
