4 firms have RFPs for T-46 cargo

SEATTLE — The Northwest Seaport Alliance received four responses to its request for proposals to operate a marine cargo facility on part of Terminal 46 in Seattle. The RFP deadline was Friday.

The firms are: Foss Maritime Co. with SSA Marine (a Carrix enterprise); Karis Cold Storage LLC; Ports America Group; and the U.S. Coast Guard.
