FTA awards $790M grant for Federal Way light rail

Elevated tracks will serve the Federal Way Transit Center.

It's official, Sound Transit is getting a $790 million capital investment grant from the Federal Transit Administration to help extend light rail 7.8 miles to Federal Way.
