The Yard is a 3,700-square-foot amenity center recently completed at the Cascade Yard office park (previously known as the Lincoln Executive Center), at 3355 146th Place S.E. in Bellevue.
The Yard is a stand-alone facility and is the sixth building to join the office park, which was originally developed in 1984 on the 15-acre site.
It has indoor and outdoor community space, fitness center with locker rooms, a multipurpose space for conferences and gatherings, and a cafe operated by Walla Walla Farms.
The Yard is available for use by tenants of the Cascade Yard office park and the general public.
The new campus name is a nod to the Dobbins Lumber Yard that originally occupied the site.
