Contractors have ample backlog; will that change?

Numbers released this week from the Associated Builders and Contractors show U.S. contractors' confidence in their businesses was robust in January.

According to ABC's Construction Confidence Index, the outlook for sales, profits and staffing levels remained in growth mode, with nearly 72% expecting to increase staffing over the next six months, over 68% expecting sales to increase and about 51% expecting their profits to increase.
