Eastern Washington wind farm to be switched on later this year

The first turbine foundation was poured earlier this month for the Rattlesnake Flat project.

San Francisco-based Clearway Energy Group recently began construction on a 160-megawatt wind farm in the Ritzville area of Adams County.
