State seeks help on broadband needs

OLYMPIA — The Washington State Broadband Office and state Public Works Board have about $18 million available to fund broadband construction projects and are seeking help from the public to report where better service is needed.

The goal is to find gaps in high-speed internet service and infrastructure to meet the state's goal of universal broadband access by 2024.
