Work underway on 42 Fremont units

The project is one of several now under construction on Stone Way.

Demolition and site prep are underway on the corner at 4453 Stone Way N., where a 42-unit apartment building is planned. Pavilion Construction is the general contractor, and Caron Architecture designed the four-story project.
