Pavilion at Occidental Square nearly finished; pandemic pushes opening date

A 30-by-90-foot glass canopy will provide a respite from the rain when the pavilion hopefully opens this spring.

A new pavilion at Occidental Square is nearly finished but it will likely be at least spring before the public can enjoy it.
