$14M project will convert Eugene warehouse into pharmaceutical space

A 28,000-square-foot warehouse is being repurposed.

Cascade Chemistry recently started a project to repurpose a 28,000-square-foot warehouse in Eugene, Oregon, for pharmaceutical manufacturing. The project is under construction at 90454 Woodruff St. and includes a second building of 7,000 square feet that Cascade will convert in the future.
