Spokane airport project moves ahead

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — The DJC reported earlier this month that Swinerton Builders and Garco/Q&D have been approved to proceed to the RFP phase in a process in which Spokane International Airport is seeking a general contractor/construction manager for its $96 million terminal renovation and expansion project, called TREX.

The firms have operations in Spokane.
