Will 3D printing solve the housing shortage?

    Mighty Buildings makes 3D-printed Mighty Houses ranging from 400 to 1,440 square feet. The Mighty House line uses panels that are printed in a factory in Oakland and shipped to the jobsite for installation. The company also makes smaller ADUs called Mighty Mods.

    Twenty-four concrete elements that make up this 1,011-square-foot, two-bedroom bungalow in Eindhoven, Netherlands, were printed in a nearby factory.
