Bellevue College expects to start construction in spring or summer of 2022 on an approximately 52,000-square-foot building for the digital media arts, computer science, art, robotics and engineering programs to simulate real-world industry collaborations that encourage the disciplines to work together.
The state Department of Enterprise Services is soliciting statements of qualifications from design-build teams on behalf of the college for what tentatively is being called the Center for Transdisciplinary Learning & Innovation. Qualifications are due by Aug. 5, according to a July 13 notice in the DJC at https://www.djc.com/notices/index.php?action=get&id=397049.
