WSDOT to seek design-build contractor for Revive I-5 job

WSDOT will rehabilitate both directions of I-5 between Yesler Way and Northeast 117th Street with new concrete, pavement and expansion joints.

The Washington State Department of Transportation has put out an early notice for a big design-build project that will rehabilitate nearly eight miles of Interstate 5 between Yesler Way in downtown Seattle and Northeast 117th Street near Northgate. The estimated cost is between $225 million and $275 million.
