Trades, career fair set for Tacoma

TACOMA — Korsmo Construction tomorrow is hosting its first hands-on trades and career fair for students and job seekers in Pierce County. The event will be held noon-4 p.m. at Silas High School, 1202 N. Orchard St. in Tacoma.

Korsmo is partnering with Tacoma Public Schools' Career and Technical Education Department, the city of Tacoma and R3 Community Services on the fair. Over 50 local employers and community organizations will be in attendance to share information about their services and employment opportunities.
