SLU office project tops out

SEATTLE — Crews from R. Miller have topped out on an office conversion project at 760 Aloha St. in South Lake Union.

The project, developed by Nitze Stagen and designed by BuildingWork, is an adaptive reuse of a 1931 paint manufacturing facility into a six-story office and retail building. Four floors have been added to an existing two-story industrial property.
