First building completed at sprawling Marysville business park

The industrial building is the first of nine proposed for the 426-acre site.

NorthPoint Development has completed the first building at its planned 4,000,000-square-foot Cascade Business Park in Marysville. Cascade Business Park is located on 426 acres that straddle Arlington and Marysville. Building 1 is addressed at 16015 51st Ave.
