Spokane Street Swing Bridge to close for cylinder install

A pair of hydraulic cylinders are used to turn each of the two spans of the Spokane Street Swing Bridge.

Back in January, the Seattle Department of Transportation closed the Spokane Street Swing Bridge so that engineers could remove one of the four massive hydraulic cylinders that open and close the span that connects to West Seattle.
