New resource helps estimators close subcontractor bid gaps

McCormick Systems, a provider of MEP takeoff and estimating software and part of Foundation Software's portfolio, has introduced a new educational resource aimed at helping construction estimators address discrepancies between internal estimates and subcontractor bids.

Titled “Subcontractor Quotes vs. Internal Estimates: Close the Gap for Profit,” the guide focuses on improving accuracy and protecting profit margins in a competitive construction market.
