SEATTLE Economic Development Council of Seattle & King County and CleanTech Alliance are offering workshops on funding options in three targeted clusters: clean technology, information and communications technology, and life sciences/health.
The first workshop is Oct. 7 and it will target clean technology companies with “Dollars & $ense: Clean Tech,” an in-depth workshop on raising capital.
Kathrin Ohle, principal of Twig Energy and author of “The Decision-Maker’s Guide to Long-Term Financing,” is the presenter and there will be a CEO panel offering real-world examples of funding experiences.
It runs from 8 a.m. to noon at SURF Incubator-Cabana, 821 Second Ave., Suite 410. Register at http://edc-seaking.org under news and events.
