Idaho water rights bill heads to governor's desk

BOISE (AP) — Legislation to end years of litigation and help finalize a settlement agreement involving water rights in heavily populated southwestern Idaho is headed to the governor's desk following a unanimous Senate vote on Tuesday.

The 35-0 vote sends to Gov. Brad Little the bill that involves water rights in the Boise River system.
