$4.7M for salmon habitat projects

SEATTLE — The King County Flood Control District Board of Supervisors has awarded nearly $4.7 million for salmon habitat and recovery efforts in the county.

The supervisors, comprised of the nine King County councilmembers, awarded the grants to the four Washington State Water Resource Inventory Areas in the county for water quality and water resources projects and habitat restoration projects.
