EPA gives $4.5M to cleanup Washington's brownfields

The Port of Bremerton was awarded $800,000 for cleanup projects in Port Orchard.

On Thursday, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency announced $4.5 million in funding from President Biden's Investing in America agenda to expedite the assessment and cleanup of seven brownfield sites in Washington.
