Publicis, a Seattle-based communications agency, hired Don Veinish as an associate creative director. Prior to joining Publicis, Veinish served as the general manager and creative director at Young & Rubicam in Vancouver, B.C. Following are the new hires for advertising with their titles: Julie Machen, design manager; Melissa Stolt, electronic production designer; John Reseland, electronic production designer; Danielle Dubois, broadcast negotiator; Tracey Kleber, account supervisor; William Ulbricht, account coordinator; and Stephen Wraspir, broadcast coordinator. Following are the new hires for office services and executive administration with their titles: Michael Colver, PC support specialist; Susie Cruise-Steele, executive assistant; Dan Hostetler, executive assistant; Julie Haije, billing coordinator; and Jim Lafferty, billing coordinator.
