Family friendly Mardi Gras parade

CONCRETE - The town of Concrete holds the only Mardi Gras event in Western Washington that does not cater solely to grown-ups or require a cover charge.

The parade is Feb. 18 at 3 p.m. Attendance is free. Everyone is welcome to be in the parade or smile from the sidewalk. The only rule is to keep it fun and family-friendly.
