Apartment building sales
A 116-unit Tacoma apartment building sold for $4.2 million. Southpointe Apartments LLC bought the Southpointe Apartments at 1314 S. Ash St. from Waverly Farms LLC. Marcus & Millichap brokers Robert Sheppard and Armand Tiberio represented both sides in the deal.
Pete Colbert sold the 32-units Marine Terrace Apartments at 6329 N. 26th St. in Tacoma to DPS
Marine Terrace LLC for $1.55 million. M&M broker Chad Duncan represented both parties.
In Burien, Peter Bradford sold the eight-unit Jubilee Apartments at 15404 10th Ave. S.W. to Michael Probach for $450,000. The broker on this deal was M&M's George Miller.
In Federal Way, the six-unit Soundview II Apartments at 28426 16th Ave. S.W. went for $680,500. Larry Hardie sold to Patricia Wurdeman. M&M's Tim Selden represented Hardie and Marc Cunningham negotiated for Wurdeman.
Stuart Rosenfeld sold a six-unit Seattle apartment building at 2009 N.W. 58th St. for $541,000 to Donna Munk. M&M's Dan Swanson put this deal together.
In Everett, G. Stephen Starkovich, Jr. sold a seven-unit apartment building at 3132 Lombard Ave. for $425,000 to Jon Iseman. M&M's Steve Steadele put this one together.
