Wood Partners starts 91-unit apartment complex in Wedgwood

Wood Partners broke ground yesterday on a 91-unit, market-rate apartment complex at 8606 35th Ave. N.E. in Wedgwood. This is the first Seattle project for the Atlanta-based firm, which is one of the nation's largest multi-family real estate companies.
