Holland may build Mercer apartments

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Holland Partners has filed plans with the city to build a 142-unit apartment building at 1201 Mercer St. in South Lake Union.

The half-acre site, owned by Alexandria Real Estate Equities, has two single-story commercial buildings, both of which would be demolished.
