Gardner says Amazon is ‘juicing' real estate here

    Economist Matthew Gardner warns that Seattle should beware the “Amazon effect.”

    The online retailer has been carrying the Seattle office market, and without it leasing activity is slightly underperforming, Gardner said at a gathering of the Seattle Economics Council on Wednesday.
