Vulcan wins top honor from NAIOP

SEATTLE — NAIOP named Vulcan Real Estate the 2013 Developer of the Year, the development organization's highest honor.

NAIOP chose Vulcan for helping to transform South Lake Union. Vulcan has completed 23 buildings with 4.8 million square feet of space in the neighborhood. It has 800,000 square feet of office and residential space under construction, including 400,000 square feet for Amazon.com and 466 apartments.
