SLU rehab includes an 'AMZ bistro'

SEATTLE — Permit records show a big renovation is planned for a seven-story building at 1915 Terry Ave. It's not clear who the tenant will be but it is right next to Amazon.com's headquarters and records say it will contain an “AMZ employee bistro.”

IA Interior Architects, which has done other projects for Amazon, is designing the renovation. An entity related to Vulcan Real Estate, which has built many of Amazon's South Lake Union buildings, is also listed on some of the documents. One document lists the project cost at $14 million.
