Met Park buildings sell for $273M

By JOURNAL STAFF

SEATTLE — Brookfield Office Properties of New York sold Metropolitan Park West and East, a pair of office buildings in the Denny Triangle, for $272.8 million, property records show.

CBRE Global Investors of Los Angeles paid about $373 per square foot for the two buildings, which together have 729,766 square feet.
