SEATTLE — An entity related to JPMorgan & Chase Co. bought the Seattle Trade and Technology Center, a six-story office building at 2601 Elliott Ave. in Belltown, and an adjacent parking garage for $170 million, property records show.
The office building has 331,950 square feet of office space, and the five-story parking garage has 593 parking spaces, according to records.
