BELLEVUE — Carmel Partners of San Francisco is proposing to develop more than 600 apartments at 15400 N.E. 20th St. in the Bel-Red area of Bellevue.
It filed an application for design review for four buildings with below-grade parking, according to a notice from the city.
A public meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. May 6 at Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave. N.E.
The project is called Sherwood Center Apartments.
The buildings will be five stories of wood construction over a one-story, concrete podium. There will also be two smaller buildings for amenities, but Carmel is not proposing any retail.
Carmel Partners invests in U.S. multifamily projects in seven states. Somerset Green Apartments in Bellevue is in its Washington portfolio.
