Totem Lake Mall sells for $36M to CenterCal

  • The California buyer plans to redevelop the 1970s shopping mall.

    Totem Lake Mall in Kirkland sold for $35.5 million, property records show.

    The buyer is Village at Totem Lake LLC, which is made up of El Segundo, California-based CenterCal Properties and Pacific Coast Capital LLC, CenterCal's financial partner. They plan to redevelop the 1970s shopping mall.
