BELLEVUE — A 19-story residential tower is planned at 846 108th Ave. N.E. in downtown Bellevue.
Permit records show the building would have 159 units, ground floor retail and five levels of underground parking with 211 spaces.
Documents list the property owner as CD Heritage LLC, a company owned by Dave Meissner. Meissner is a multifamily broker at Paragon Real Estate Advisors.
Hewitt is listed as the architect.
Completion is expected in December 2017.
There will be a public meeting at 6:30 p.m. June 25 at Bellevue City Hall, 450 110th Ave. N.E.
