SEATTLE — An entity related to Holland Partner Group of Vancouver sold Union SLU, a 284-unit apartment building at 905 Dexter Ave. N., for nearly $111 million, property records show.
The buyer is listed as Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association of America.
Runberg Architecture Group designed the building, which opened in 2012, and Holland's construction arm built it.
