SEATTLE — Avvo, a Seattle-based online marketplace that connects people with lawyers, will take seven floors in the 20-story Eighth + Olive building at 720 Olive Way for its headquarters.
The move is set for December.
Talon Private Capital and Prudential Real Estate Investors bought the 300,788-square-foot building last year for $101 million and then renovated it. LMN Architects led the design team and Foushee & Associates was the general contractor.
Avvo did not say how many square feet it is taking, but a fact sheet on the building said the typical floorplate is 15,721 square feet.
Avvo has 300 employees, and leases one floor in the Wells Fargo Building and another at 705 Union Station.
Avvo doubled its headcount in 2014 and expects to do it again this year.
David Abbott, Greg Inglin and Connor McClain of Colliers International are the building's leasing brokers.
