Federal Way retail sells for $14M

An entity related to Northwest Capital Corp. of Seattle paid $14.2 million for a shopping center in Federal Way called Center Plaza.

The 74,000-square-foot center is at 2006 S. 320th St., across from The Commons at Federal Way.

This was the largest retail transaction in Federal Way since 2006, according to the broker, Capital Pacific. The area is part of the city’s plan for a town center, with a park, performing arts theater and new retail, office and civic uses.
