BELLEVUE — An entity related to Claudio Guincher's Continental Properties plans to build a six-story, 80-unit apartment structure across the street from Bellevue Downtown Park.
The Bellevue-based firm last week paid $6.6 million for the site at 25 102nd Ave. N.E.
Continental Properties said in a press release it hopes to begin construction by summer 2017.
Today the site is home to a restaurant called 99 Park. The restaurant will stay open during the permitting process, and 99 Park will have space in the ground floor of the new building.
Continental Properties said it has not selected an architect or contractor yet.
