SEATTLE — CenterCal Properties has purchased an office building at 907 N.W. Ballard Way from Martin Selig Real Estate for approximately $17 million, property records show.
Permitting documents filed with the Department of Planning and Development in September show the El Segundo, California-based firm is considering replacing a two-story office building on the site with a 75,000-square-foot building.
Documents show CenterCal wants to build a 25,000-square-foot grocery store — possibly a New Seasons Market — 25,000 square feet of office space, and another 25,000 square feet for a restaurant, medical or entertainment space.
