Harsch Investment Properties of Portland paid $15.45 million for Riverfront Business Park, a four-building industrial park at 16110 Woodinville-Redmond Road N.E.
The 137,916-square-foot business park sits on more than nine acres one mile north of Chateau Ste. Michelle winery and Redhook Brewery.
Harsch said in a press release the business park is 100 percent occupied with a variety of tenants — from wineries with tasting rooms, to fitness and high-tech businesses.
Jordan Schnitzer, president of Harsch, said he sees potential to add more wine and brewery-related businesses to the park in the future.
Bret Jordan and Derek Heed of Colliers International listed the property for sale.
Harsch has a regional office in Bellevue, and it owns approximately 2 million square feet of industrial space in the region and 600,000 square feet of retail. Harsch also has offices in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento, San Diego and Las Vegas.
