Stream Fifteen is a 34-unit apartment building at 605 15th Ave. E. on Capitol Hill.
The 37,000-square-foot building has six studios, 23 one-bedroom units and five two-bedroom units. Sizes range from 450 to 1,050 square feet. It also has 3,400 square feet of commercial space.
There are private patios for ground-level units, private balconies for upper floors, and a common rooftop deck.
Rents range from $980 to $3,500.
The exterior has dominant brick masonry with a two-story projecting bay. Contrasting materials, balconies, color and smaller scale massing are used on the upper floors.
The project was designed for LEED gold certification, with energy-efficient appliances and lighting fixtures, and no-VOC paints and carpets.
