BOTHELL — A small older office building at 19110 Bothell Way N.E. has sold for $3 million, according to King County records. The seller was Lait Bothell LLC, which acquired the property in 2015 for $2.25 million.
The buyer was Bothell RE Venture, which is associated with a residential address in Woodinville.
