Northgate reboot could add 1,200 apartments

GGLO and CallisonRTKL are working on the plan to add housing over retail (shown in yellow), office space (blue) and a hotel (pink), around a new central green space.

Simon Property Group announced its plans to redevelop Northgate Mall in March, and recently offered more details and some new numbers for the 55-acre site at 401 N.E. Northgate Way.
