Trammell Crow, LMN show design for ‘the little tower that could'

LMN says the 1930 Boren building won’t try to compete with its towering neighbors, but instead “provide relief... and contribute to the quieter urban fabric.”

Trammell Crow Co. is now planning a smaller office building at 1930 Boren Ave. in the Denny Triangle, on a 14,400-square-foot site it intends to purchase from a local nonprofit.
