Panos pays $21M for shopping center

SNOQUALMIE — Ridge Plaza, at 34828 S.E. Douglas St. and related addresses on Snoqualmie Ridge, has sold for $21.2 million, according to King County records.

The seller was EDG Ridge Plaza LLC, which is associated with EDG Commercial Real Estate. The land was part of the larger phased Snoqualmie Ridge development.
