SEATTLE — Not all Seattle churches are being sold for redevelopment, though it can seem that way. Case in point: Trinity United Methodist Church, at 6510 23rd Ave. N.W., just sold for $6.1 million, according to King County records.
The buyer was Green Lake Presbyterian Church, which in October sold its old home to the Center for Spiritual Living for $5 million. Last year, the Center for Spiritual Living sold its Sand Point property to Seattle Children's for $16.9 million.
