25-story tommie: modular, micro hotel rooms, topped by apartments

The tommie would have 221 hotel rooms below 90 apartments on a small site at Ninth and Virginia.

The “micro lifestyle hotel” would be made with 200-square-foot modules. The apartments — studios and open one-bedrooms — won't be modular.
