Contract rezone sought for Columbia City project

A trapezoidal Columbia City property with split zoning, at 5231 Rainier Ave. S., sold in June for $3 million.

Now, on behalf of the new owner, architect SHW and Isola Homes have filed a new plan for 110 units that would require a contract rezone.
